INSIGHT
For many, parcel deliverers feel like someone who is invisible; because of this, their work is often taken for granted. However, during the pandemic, we've grown to appreciate the convenience of having our essentials, whether basic or more specialized, delivered straight to our doorsteps.
In recognition of the steadfast commitment of our delivery personnel, PostNL organizes the 'Dag van de Pakketbezorger' (Day of the Parcel Deliverer) every year — designed to shine a spotlight on and honor the indispensable contributions of these dedicated individuals.
IDEA
We aim to revive the nostalgic notes with a positive twist, offering an accessible way for people to express gratitude to parcel deliverers by leaving a simple, kind message.
The campaign launches with a 30-second online video in which a teenage girl sympathizes with a PostNL delivery person she sees working consistently, regardless of the weather or challenging situations.
